You may be hypoglycemic, have low blood pressure, or you might have any number of a thousand different problems. Visit your doctor BEFORE it gets worse. The last thing you want is to have a fainting spell at an inconvenient or dangerous time.

DO NOT SELF - DIAGNOSE off the "advice" of Internet strangers who do not know you, cannot see you, and do not have medical degrees. Do research AFTER a physician has diagnosed you, not before.

ANytime you are that worried about something it is a good idea to see a doctor for a check up. Loss of balance and feeling like you are going to faint is not normal. Hard to say if it is connected to your diet or any number of other things from vertigo, inner ear problem to pregnancy. Go get a check up. Have them check your thyroid, screen for diabetes/hypoglycemia and blood pressure issues. Good luck.

Godschild: it looks like you are hypoglycemic.
This means that your sugar blood drops after 2 hours you had a meal and when you eat something it goes up again.
You should go to an endocrinologist immediately!

Sounds like you have reactive hypoglycemia. Do you get dizzy with weakness, shakiness, nausea. You may just have to make sure you eat every 2 hours. Goggle the condition.
