take one of these pictures with you, hair stylists love knowing exactly what you want, and thats easy if you bring a picture.
let them know that you want layers so that if you curl your hair, it will come out at different lengths. tell her that you want shorter pieces of hair (bangs) on both sides of your face. tell her you want your hair parted off to the side so that your bangs sweep across your face. and if you're getting color to it, tell her you want dark brown, but i dont think vanessa ever had highlights, so just get it one color.
hope this helps you out.

I would suggest finding a picture of Vanessa Hudges online printing off the picture, and taking it to your hairdreser. I've done that before. It's a lot easier to show the hair style rather than trying to describe it in words.

show the stylist a magazine clipping of the hair you want and ask the stylist how you could give it more of a Vanessa effect and make sure not to just get the exact cut add in a lil bit of your p.o (personal opinion) and style

The best way to go about that is to bring the exact picture of how you want your hair to look to your stylist. That way she will know exactly what you want. I always bring a picture with me so I don't end up with the exact opposite. Good luck!

not complicated, long layers, tapered around face, long side bang, just remember she has a personal hairdresser, a lot of times she uses big hot rollers or a 2 inch iron to make waves and sometimes she straightens it, its just a simple haircut

Print out a picture! That's the best explanation you could give. Then, your hairdresser can see for herself/himself.
