If the person who went up the mountain and received the 'word of god' from allah, just happened to have been a woman and not muhammed, would all muslims think the same of her as they do of him?

The debate between men and women doesn't just shroud the muslim faith, even despite modern intervention women are still hindered by their sex, what ever religion they are, if jesus was a woman would the church have accepted her? me i dont think so, society has become so fundementally patriachal that we cannot accept the importance of women. I think that we need to open our eyes to the world around us, and think that if we wish to teach other societies to accept women we need to do that as well in our western society, women today are still seen a the 'property of men', have you ever known a man to look at a woman and think "i bet she has a great mind". This is why the world cannot accept the idea that our religious prophets, whether jesus, muhammed or buddha could ever be women, because our society still degrades us to be bodies rather than minds.
