First off, the version of the bible, even from translating from hebrew, changes the slighest bit. You could be right but here is my take on it. What is probably happening is the old colloquial saying "Hate the sin love the sinner". From einsteins own mouth, "evil is just the absence of God" God wants to be everywhere in everyone, it also says in the bible "I am a jealous God. He wants to be everywhere and he wants everyone to WANT to have Him in them. Good point, hope you find the answer you are looking for.

The entire Book can't be summed up in a verse or two. That's why the whole thing was written. You might pick up a crime novel and on page 132 a suspect is named. Then you get to page 287 and a different suspect is charged. Then at the end, you find that the true perpetrator was someone else entirely. There's a lot in between to explain the discrepancies, but you have to read the book to find the answers.

The psalms were written as poetry. Would you really like me to put a million links to poems with similar lines in them? When you read the bible one line at a time, you pick out what you want it to say. Even Christians do this. I am Christian, and I know plenty of arrogant Christians. I also know arrogant atheists, Jews, and Mormons. Everyone takes parts of the bible out of context, and everyone puts their own spin on it. This is why there are so many denominations of the christian faith.

Christianity is the something-for-everyone religion. People pick and choose which parts of the scriptures they like, and everyone can find something that appeals to him. For example, pacifists like the meek-and-mild Jesus of the Gospels, while those who think of war as just another possible solution to every problem prefer the Avenger Jesus* of Revelation.

The Bible can be interpretted many different ways. You just looked in one book of the Bible. Try looking in the Gospels and many other books and you will see where God says he loves everyone.

in Christianity the action that you commit is evil but if you ask for forgiveness you shall receive forgiveness from the all mighty God ! That is the ultimate love you could ever receive.

It is not saying the person is hated, the EVIL they DO is hated.
If you ask for forgiveness and repent of your sins, you are loved.
Just the way it is worded is confusing. Lots of passages are.
