I revealed to my bestfriend that i silently loved him for over 3 years. He had a crush on me when we first met but i shut him down because i was pregnent but i couldnt tell him that because i was afraid to hurt him. I told him how i felt and apologized for breaking his heart but he's afraid to love because his heart has been broken before and i had something to do with it. I know he likes me but is afraid to trust me what do i do?? Im so confused but i know theres no other for him or me. How do i get him to open up??

If you feel comfortable telling him the reason that you shut him down originally, it may help him see you point of view. You may also want to point out that you have loved him for 3 years, already. That is a long time and should show him a lot about how solid your feelings are for him. Reassure him the best you can, be responsible with his and your emotions and let him do the rest. It is he who is going to have to take the leap though. You can't force it, but you can be there to help him through it.

Just sit down with him and have a real nice honest talk with him about everything. Most guys dont like to share their innermost feelings but honesty from you will make him realize how much you care for him and will open up his heart into telling you all the different feelings he feels for you.

Just tell him to reach down and grab a pair. He needs to man up and accept that fact that we all have been burned at one time or another. There are no guarantees. You placed the offer on the table for him again. Now it's his turn.

tell him flat out you love him you never had no intension to hurt him and you never want to agian that you want to be with him and only him and you think that this is the only way you will be truly happy tell him everyone makes mistakes and you cant change the past but you want to chaange the future you want to be with him and you love him it will take time for you to fully earn his trust but this will help so good luck

well, talk to him, try to get his trust agian, beg 4 forgivness, if that doesn't work, honey forget about him.if hes not willing to forgive and forget for the person he loves, do u reli think hes worth it???

if he dont kno you have a baby u needah tell him.. and actions speak louder then words.... you need to prove to him that you wont break his heart.. tell him to give you a chance wit him 2 prove that u wont break his heart.. buh he hastah kno that u have a baby....and if it dont work you can find another guy.. DONT GIVE UP ON LOVE NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE TELL YOU....

me and my boyfriend had that same problem.. we were both scared.. just make sure he knows he is the only one you want.. make him feel special and just tell him exactly how you feel.. ask him if he can try and see how it works
