When I don't have too much pain. (If I didn't have any I would know I was dead.)
I have a lot of health issues and have good days and bad. When I can accomplish tasks around the house it's a good day.

Being able to drive to the beach without any ******* ruining my drive. Lying out on the beach & swimming naked. Talking to good people, listening to good music, maybe reading a good book, & getting home safely to make love to my man.

When I lay my head upon my pillow that night and know all my loved ones are safe and happy and well. ..and that I too, have made it through another day! :)

when my kids are both happy, and I have done nothing but eat healthy all day, and it has not bothered me to do so.
