I suffer from depersonalisation sometimes (feeling fuzzy, as though I am watching my life, feeling numb but at the same time able to touch things, loss of reality). it doesn't usually last for long...but it is horrible when it does.

Does anyone know how to stop feeling like this? (Without taking medicine I mean) Thanks

If the feeling scares you, then go and speak to someone about it (ask your doctor to refer you). I think you can learn coping skills for this. You have to learn how to bring yourself out if it when it happens. A qualified person will be able to teach you this. There also is the question of why you get this feeling.... i get it too and its a coping skill i learnt as a child to get away from things that were happening to me. Is there a reason you have developed this skill? Perhaps you could discuss that with someone too. Good luck.

No, I still get it sometimes but not as much lately.

Don't smoke weed if you do.
