I live about 45 miles from a tower (or whatever you call the place the local channels come from)and just bought a new HD Lcd 46inch so I was wondering which antennas would have the best picture quality?

You should be able to use the Channel Master CM4228 for UHF. Check to see what stations you can get and a recommended antenna from http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/welcome.aspx

You can buy any of those HD antennas from your local walmart. But first, you can use this web site to see what stations you will be able to get in over the air www.antennaweb.org is the web site, just type in your address and it will see what tv stations your radio station can get. Good luck!

This would be the High quality antenna or a direct tv antenna or comcast's antenna.
