How long and can you give some experiences??
Have you spoken to any dead people while out of the body??

Yes, I do practice astral projection. Sometimes I can go for an hour, other times 15 minutes. Depends on my mood, focus, how tired I am, etc...
I spoke to my dead aunt while out of body once. I felt really bad for not having spent more time with her before she died, and she and I had a discussion about that. Now whether or not it was my aunt or my subconscious, I don't know. I'm still pretty open on the interpretation of that experience.

I ve tried, and continue to try . Most of the time I fall asleep. And wake later disappointed.
Yet I came close a few times, where I felt myself floating up and out of the body. The feeling was soo Real, and different, and the fact that i couldnt feel my hands , or any body part , was strange. so i pulled myself in and ended the experience.
Ive been continue to try.
