On Friday my best friend Curtis and I dumped our partners. Then he kept holding my hand. On Saturday my friends and I all went to the movies and I gave Curtis a hug when my friends weren't there and Curtis kept rubbing my back all the way down to my butt. And then he kept putting his arms around me and putting his chin on the top of my head. Are these signs that he likes me?

Yes, or it's a sign that he's an affectionate guy who no longer has anyone else to be intimate with, and so is directing his affections towards you. Could go either way, depending on how physically affectionate he was towards his partner previously; let that be your guide.

well i surely say tha he onviously he have a crush in you! i feel the same waybaout my best friend but we didn't dump our partners he dumped his. he started like being with me all the time and well ....... i don't want to see the bad side of this *future relationship* but maybe he feel ok with be with you while he starts feeling better. but well i don't think so because you said that he put he rubbed til your butt.... he kinds of wants more than that !

it just might be. i dont want to hurt you, but, most boys send mixed messages. no offense or anything...because he might really like you! i think you just need to ask him what is going on. just be like "Curtis, on saturday when we went to the movies you kept doing...blah blah blah blah blah" thats what i would do!!
