Fishing is in my blood. I grew up fishing and just got hooked. You could say addicted. It's becoming a huge multi billion dollar sport, and teaches kids (of all ages) patience, the value of our resources, sportsmanship, competition in tournaments, and now days there are a lot of people who earn a living fishing, not to mention if you can fish you can always feed your family. No matter what happens. It also is a great way to keep kids and teens out of trouble.

Aah fishing. You have to be self sufficient and be willing to be alone with yourself for starters. It is important for those who like being alone with their thoughts and rely on their skill to catch the wily little wiggler. They are not dumb, they are crafty and quick. You sort of match your wits and reflexes with them. Does not matter if you catch and release or eat them, mighty good eating the fresh fish, it is a very satisfying experience.
