Tylenol Extra strength contains 500mg of acetaminophen in each tablet. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4g or 4000mg. You would be taking half the daily dosage at one time. You should never take over two caplets every 4-6 hours. It may cause sever liver damage if you do this.

If you have done this only once...nothing much is going to happen. Perhaps some nausea, very drowsy and you my suffer the side effect of dry mouth. It is 240mg of codeine so don't do it again.
When I initially broken my back in a mountain climbing fall the team medic had Tylenol #4 in his med kit and I took 4 tablets for the pain...and the reactions I listed above were the ones I had after taking them.

Probably nothing. Heavier people are often advised by doctors to take more than the recommended dose to compensage for their size. Prolonged over dosing on Tylenol can lead to organ damage tho so you should only take the recommended dose when needed.

Most likely, nothing that doesn't happen when you only take one or two. I recommend taking 2 at first and if that doesn't help within 45 minutes or so, take one more.

depends on ur body. i use to take 4 at a time and they did nothing for me. they may make u sleepy.
