One thing I have to say first, you are an awesome boyfriend or husband. My BF isn't even going to get me anything and that's a fact. Anyway, jewlery is always an amazing gift. Women love jewlery. And roses, too. Get her a necklace, bracelet, ring, earings, whatever you think she would enjoy the most. But every Vaelntine's goft must be included with roses.
Good Luck =]

There are many things you can get a girl. It depends on how much you want to spend. You coudl go big and get jewelry, like a necklace or something that you don't need a size for, or you could get her flowers, what girl doesn't like flowers, only thing I always think is, I would rather have that money spent on something that I could keep forever. Then there is a stuffed animal with a really nice card and maybe a rose or two. Doesn't matter how old you get, girls still love the stuffed animals. But most of all that we love to get or at least me anyhow, is a card stating your true feelings.Good luck on Valentines Day and I hope I helped you out some!!!

Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary. ♥
Well, I found this great website that has a lot of ideas that people sent in. A lot of great ideas... cheap, creative, sweet. So if you need ideas, here ya go:

What does she like? I know the one thing I always appreciate but could do without are chocolates and flowers. I want something that is going to last, something I can use. SO, clothes, lotion, jewlery, those are always great ideas. Something that she needs or could have for a longer period of time. Flowers are best to send when she leasts expects them!

probably a little white teddy bear(red and pink are a little to cheesy for me) holding chocolates, or better yet, some sort of jewlery(that's if your in high school), if you live at your own place, invite her over for a romantic dinner, with candle lights, find some place to put red rose pedals, greet her with big beatiful flowers at the door, and some soft music, and a huge wonderful present that you know she would like, but not anything like shoes, or clothes, something very romantic

Most definantley a teddy bear and a self made poem or letter that expresses how happy you are with her. Dont be to crazy like lets get married tomorrow but subtle things you like abouther...ie the way her hair smells.

Write her a poem. It's more personal than just buying her candy and flowers.
