It's called speech-to-text software. You can buy it somewhere, but it's kinda buggy most of the time. Vista was supposed to have it built into the OS, but i'm not sure if it was included.

Yes, speach recognition. But they have not perfected it. At least not in a cheap piece of software you can buy and actually have it work 100% correctly.

yeah you can go to Microsoft office word go to tools then speech and follow through with the instructions
