hmm... that's kind of like RAID on a computer. You write the file once, it writes to multiple hard drives for backup purposes.

I believe DC Comics calls it a Multiverse...

I've always thought that the decisions we make may create parallel universes. Example:

Maynard James Keenan (singer for TOOL for those of you who do not know him) at one time was a cadet at West Point military academy, but dropped out because he did not like it. What if he didn't drop out? Could there be a parallel universe where he stayed in and is now a high-ranking army officer? Does this make any sense?

Well there might be other universes. Maybe ours is galaxy in another big one. I was thinking the other day what if the cosmos was like just a tiny cell in an organism. I'm atheist so I want answer the god part that’s just ridiculous god is man made. They didn’t know about how big the cosmos was back then so the bible says nothing about it.

Why should there need to be a God for a universe to be in the first place? As for parallel universes, I have always said if there were such phenomena, those phenomena would be considered part of THE universe, as I am a phenomenological monist.

No, I don't think so. I believe that there are multiple universes within a meta-universe, but not alternate realities where infinite possibilities occur. Even beyond the meta-universe, there are spiritual worlds of God.

I think everyone should just stop trying to figure parrelel universes out.
just smoke weed, get high!
if you are curious take an acid trip and find out what your mind thinks about a parallel universe.
when on acid. if you want, you can talk to god

Stephen Hawking's latest theories include parallel universe, so they probably do exist. As evidence, look what god has done to try to shut him up.

well i'm starting to think that a combination of things happened although both sides might not agree with me but for some strange reason i feel that both the theists and atheists are on to something and that both might be totally possible i can't give you scriptural proof either way chippy i'm sorry dude

Yes. From a high energy physics standpoint, other dimensions certainly do exist. Matter and anti-matter will appear and disappear in a vacuum.

Scripture? What the heck did people know about physics 4,000 years ago? (not much)
