Try going to the doctor and getting Differen, it works really good. If you cant afford that then every night and morning I would wash your face with acne medicated wipes and use over the counter acne spot treatments and oil free makeups.

I would go see a dermatologist so they can evaluate the type and severity of your particular acne. Some acne's respond to over the counter topical solutions such as (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, etc.) and some do not. When it is infected or resistant to other treatments, Clindamycin Gel 1% (topical) and Rentin-A-Micro gel (topical) is often prescribed. Both require a doctors prescription, monitoring, and the patient needs to follow the doctors instruction. Use a very mild facial cleanser, a good that lathers and removes makeup is, Clean & Clear sensitive skin foaming facial cleanser by Johnson&Johnson.

If you have long hair that comes over your forehead (if that's where the acne is), that could be the problem. It's where your hair is greasy. That causes bad acne. Wash your hair everyday and keep it away from your forehead or you can trim your hair. Try using Acnefree, it works really well.

Use Listerine to clean your face, it really works. Any problem spots, use toothpaste, make sure it doesn't have any bleaching or whitening agents, just regular toothpaste
