OK I do not see a date mentioned in that scripture. Read 2 Peter 3:10. "but the day of the lord will come as a thief in the night".
No man knows the date or the hour of when the son of man cometh. We are all ways to be prepared for his return.

You shouldn't try to set dates, but quite frankly, rapture is plausible at any moment. There is nothing standing that needs to be fulfilled before that would happen. Directly following Rapture would be the Tribulation (wars, Armageddon, 1/3 of the earth's population killed, I believe 3 times) which ends with the 2nd coming of Christ. Jesus rules on the earth for 1000 years, then the judgment when Satan is cast into the fire happens.

Well, 2Peter 3 speaks of the flood....but it doesn't say it occurred in 4990 BC as you have said.....so where did you get 4990 BC from?

Plausible, because considering global relations nowadays, we probably will be bombing each other and so end the world in fire. Hopefully the tensions will disappear by then.

No, because Jesus already returned in the person of Baha'u'llah, the Promised One of all ages.
He came like a "thief in the night" and fulfilled prophecies from the Bible and other scriptures.
