It's very wet and slobbery. Is it because of his braces or because he's not swallowing enough? How do I tell him this? Or is it my fault? He's been my first kiss so I don't know what's normal. Is a little spit something you just have to put up with? How much is too much?

oh man ... I had that prob with this one guy I was dating. I tried dropping hints and they never worked so eventually we stopped seeing each other. Try dropping the hints and if that doest work and you really like him then just be honest. good luck! and oh and if it doesnt feel right then its not normal! kissing should be fun and really good not something you need to question.

its not because of the braces. ive actually broken it off with people who kiss badly but if you really like him just tell him to slow down and there will be less spit

No ones perfect. You might want to drop a subtle hint at first that you aren't impressed with it. That way if he is smart he will "get" it without being embarrased.
