do you mean hesitant to adopt a religion? People should be hesitant and skeptical when it comes to adopting a religion. Do you think it's something people should just jump into without consideration and thought? Personally, I think that's the cause of a lot of problems in the world.

The reason is not that religion is bad. Sadly there are a lot of people who give it a bad name. We teach people to look for pats on the back (by picking a Specific religion). Spiritual principles are forgotten.

Example: A study was done on the rate of un-wed pregnancies in and out of the church. The numbers were EXACTLY the same.

"Religion" is the main problem w/most religions. What I mean by that, is that religions are put together with so many requirements to be a member that they exclude pretty much everyone. For example if you are a practicing Jehovah's Witness and you commit certain sins you can be kicked out. Same with Amish and so many others. Or Church of Christ practioners belive you have to go to Church of Christ to get into Heaven. There are so many building blocks to prove your faith and if one of them is missing then the whole thing "falls" or fails. Maybe God is bigger than religion. Maybe its all alot simpler than we try to make it out to be. Love God, love Jesus, love your Mother in law, love that nasty smelly guy thats passed out drunk on the sidewalk, and (this one is the one I have the most problem with) love the rapist, murderer, convict, and even Judge Judy. When you can do that then everything else will fall into place. Love Wins people, not Hate!

Religion is just a throwback to our primitive origins. However, religions now aspire to 'educate' people about morals when all it really amounts to is mass psychological conditioning.

People are unaccepting to the fact that there is a greater force out there. Christianity is the way, truth, and light! Don't believe anything else!
