If I didnt know her, I wouldnt want to get into legal problems, so I would take her home.
If it was my wife/gf, I would try to get it on.
I believe that even if an intoxicated woman agrees to sexual relations, she can later on, after the fact press charges for rape.
Something about her being drunk and not in the right state of mind to make that decision.

There are girls who really get drunk and need to be taken home and put to sleep. Not to be touched. Drunks don't move. Than there are girls who play drunk, want to be taken home and made love to. They than can tell their friends and you for that matter, they were drunk and dont know what happened. Sort of makes things right for them.

No, I am a decent guy and I would not take advantage of a girl who is drunk and is not in control of what she wants and what she is doing! I would just drive her home, make sure she is OK and leave her there.

not right away...if she was being sexual toeards me.. and i in return.. and..there was.communication to the fact that we were going back to my/her place then ..it';s on.. come on. BUT if you're too drunk to talk/ keep your head up/drive..sort of straight.... it could fall into a date rape category.... I dated a girl who wwould come on to me so stongle when she was drunk and say lets go F***,

so in my view.. it's always a different story of how much alcohol someone has had personal 'while drunk' traits..
It's always a different situation person by person.. I am not a rapist and respect women but if I get hit massively..on I'm going to be a man and going to follow the embedded character traits of my gender..it's part of the male genetic code. as is girls to work a room with lots of guy in it searching for the best mate..or one with the best fermions /chemical traits. for mating.(and now Money in the bank.)

Honestly if I knew she was a **** I would wake her up and then enjoy the night... If I knew it was a good girl I would make sure she gets home safe and then would make sure she knows I helped her out to see if she makes it up to me...
