I don't think you are asking too much to expect your husband to respect your opinions. Tell him so if it's bothering you.

Provider? Geez! If your husband thinks its his job to label your interests and preferences stupid or otherwise, then hes a real turd. It doesnt matter how much dough he brings home. Money should NEVER buy the right to s h i t on others, least of all, ones spouse. Next time he tries to call you or something you like dumb, remind him that you may as well be stupid for liking him to.

Sounds like he's either being a jerk because you allow it or just has nothing better to do than harrass you. Easy to fix. Next time he says something's stupid throw it right back at him. Tell him his "whatever" is also stupid. See how he likes it. And keep doing it until he's get tired and then tell him that's exactly how you feel when he does it to you.
He'll either grow up or you'll leave.

Tell him that you love him and aren't really angry, but it would make you feel better if he weren't so critical about your shows......you have the right to have your own opinions about what you like. As far as the coffee.... that's just silly. Why in the world would he talk about your coffee....unless , of course, he was Dennis Leary.

It depends on the coffee. If it is maxwell house, JFG, of any sort of instant coffee, your husband might be onto something. If you are drinking quality coffee, and preparing it properly, then tell him he's being an @$$.

Call him on it! Tell him how it makes you feel. Not in an angry tone, but just an honest talk about it.
My ex did that. It was actually a factor in our break up. I realized he just didn't have my back... but he criticized constantly and had a personality disorder on top of it.
I think its a part of low self esteem. Talk to him!

It sounds to me as if he does not respect you and by calling the things you like and enjoy is his attempt to seem superior. I think you need to sit with him and have a long talk. He may be the bread winner as you said but he still needs to respect you.
