I'm just curious, I'm not seriously planning on it, but if I did it is because it just tastes so darn delicious and be easier to prepare a meal than making long complicated meals...

probably,as long as you enjoy constipationl,lack of taste and feeling sh*tty for days,there's lotsa starch and vitamins and a tiny bit of protein,but not much of anything else!better question,can you eat potatoe bread for a week and not turn insane :P
