i like the way you position up your data... it shows you're knowledgeable about what you're doing and what you're putting into your body. listed less than are some options / comments: a million) you'd be gaining muscle. Have your body fat share measured. If the share is dropping (over the years) it ability you're replacing fat with muscle -- that is a sturdy component. To get your share measured, get an evaluation from a coach or purchase a body fat measuring scale. you may continuously you your waist measurement / top ratio (see on some web content), yet they are often faulty. 2) be effective your workouts are extreme sufficient. The treadmill would say you used three hundred energy, yet in many cases those instruments are off. 3) you'd be ingesting too few energy and your body is putting on on your fat. it honestly relies upon upon how extreme your workouts are. you do not aspect out what percentage energy you're burning on a daily basis. 4) you'd be overtraining. This causes rigidity, cortisol launch, and slows your metabolism. evaluate if this will be the case. i imagine you're on purpose. Your measurements honestly do not sound out of whack and also you'd be hypersensitive. perchance go away the dimensions on my own and concentrate on what you spot contained in the mirror. you would possibly want to as properly be preserving water, for this reason the water weight on your abdomen. Watch your salt levels. optimistically I hit on some thing.

Yes. But can you drink water, too? Because that's important.
They'd just get tired more easily and wouldn't function at max capacity.

You can do it. You could also live on no food for one week as long as you drank enough water and were healthy to begin with.
