Hit her over the head with a club and drag her back to your cave! ;)

Get tickets to a concert you know you'll both like. Put one in her locker with a note, "Meet me at on for a suprise date with a cool guy."

Oh, don't forget to pick her up at aforementioned place and aforementioned time. ;)

Oh oh, you might want to put a little hint on the note as to who it is she's meeting. Otherwise she might think it's some creepy guy and not show up. Then again, you might not want to.

get her to want to know who you like, and then ask her out then. Worked for me.
