Some pus is normal and soreness can happen if the piercing was pulled on or moved around in your sleep, but no one can be sure without looking at it. I don't think its an infection, but it very well could be the start of one.
I suggest cleaning the piercing with Dial soap and water, and use a sea salt soak. Wait and see if the soreness goes away or if the area becomes red, heated or more painful. I think its just a little irritation and nothing more.
Go see your piercer if you are highly concerned.

Do NOT use q-tips or cotton balls to clean your piercings! I wish people would stop suggesting that. The cotton can get caught on the jewelry and it just provides a nice comfy home for bacteria to hang out. You should keep using the appropriate soap (Dial liquid is your best bet) and do you twice a week sea salt soaks. The swelling will go down eventually and the infection should go away. Some people put a cold pack on their piercing, just make sure that you have clean clothing on top of the piercing at all times.

from experience-----wash your nipples 3 x's daily with antibacterial, clear soap. once the nipples are soaped up, move the piercing back and forth 6 times. let the soap set for 1 or 2 minutes. rinse thorougly. spray on bactine liberally. again, move the ring, bar back and forth 6 times. oops, the nipples should be completely dry (pat them dry) before applying the bactine.
it took almost 3-4 months for my nipple piercings to take hold and begin to heal. washing and medicating is essential to the healing process and will help to ensure that infection is kept at bay.

You've probably just developed a mild infection, caused by something that got caught in your bra, or something that was on your hands when you last touched your nipple. Use a mild disinfectant solution on it several times a day and keep an eye on it. If it fails to improve after a couple of days or gets worse, go and see your doctor as soon as possible.

With each and every piercing your guna sense some soreness. Its probly only that your tongue is swelling. try sucking on overwhelmed ice to deliver down the swelling. and your guna have a complicated time speaking for some days mabey even a week or so until eventually you get used to the piercing. and once you eventually end up the bar you've for a smaller one itll be plenty a lot less stressful to communicate.
