I am not in to this guy at my school but he love me i don't want to hurt him.

Reply of this question no one can give you perfectly because it is matter of love, If you have a little feelings for him you can not hurt him, but by saying no you and some good word you can make smile on his face for that moment only, it will make distance between you and your friend, in future you can not talk with him freely as you did. if you trust me just ignore his pruposal and behave continue as you are doing with him as since you know him.
When you will not reply, let him ask you why you are not replying, but take care. in this time he must not have misunderstanding that you are positive. finaly when time arrive you can tell him truth. and than you can see result.

just be straight & tell him that u don have feelings for him, so you cant help him. Also I have read lot of people have asked you to find another gul for him. I'd rather say don do anything like this, becoz my kind of guy wud straight ask you why are you doing social service. I dont need your 'taras' or any other frnd. I'll find mine own on my own.

It is better to love one person who loves you..If you don't love him, be frank and tell him..If you don't want to hurt him, it may hurt you in future.

Tell him your not. Explain that he is still a great guy but you two maybe apples and oranges. That's just the way it is. Remain friends if necessary. Be empathetic, but be clear and firm.
