Fruit, vegetables, water, milk and dairy products, just go lite or skim. It gets no faster and easier than these. Peeled carrots, celery, apples, oranges, these foods are all ready to go! Don't forget your daily vitamin. Avoid junk foods and you should be fine. Avoid most 'health bars" because they are usually no more than unnecessary calories and taste gross anyhow.
Nuts and grains are excellent but are very high in calories so be cautious when you eat them.
When you do boil an egg ... boil a few so you have it done for a few days. When you Do make a salad, make it large to save time the next day. Use a lite dressing. Most crap food outlets now carry salads along with the nail-in-the-coffin greasy stuff, but check the calorie count of the dressings. Also at most delis here anyhow, you can buy chicken, turkey, etc for sandwiches that is perfectly lean. Very nummy and low cal.
When I was traveling through India I found I lost a lot of weight because I lived primarily on fruits and veggies and eggs. I just avoided the carb stuff other than a few treats from street vendors. I never did resume eating breads, beyond the occasional slice of grain heavy bread, and the weight has remained off, a small miracle over winter and all the parties!
Good luck.
You asked for simplicity. This is simple.

Most fast food places sell salads. Just watch the dressing and croutons and don't get breaded chicken on them.
Also most have chicken sandwiches, get grilled with no Mayo and you can always eat them without the bun or just take the top bun off if you want some bread.
Subway has many sandwiches which are on their low fat menu, but beware some people think everything there is healthy and obviously if you are getting fatty meat (ham, roast beef) and loading it with mayo and cheese it is no longer healthy.
When you come home cook up some skinless, boneless chicken breast and have with a medium baked potato and some steamed veggies. Have a yogurt parfait for dessert.
Or have a whole wheat sandwich using turkey or sliced chicken and load it with veggies of your choosing.
Don't' be afraid to do breakfast for dinner, have a bowl of whole grain cereal or some eggs or a bowl of oatmeal and some whole wheat toasted bread.
But remember to keep eating. You should do 5-6 smaller meals a day. That way you'll feel satisfied and not feel like you are denying yourself.
Make sugar free jello or pudding for a treat.

1.Change your diet. I don't know what kinds of foods you eat. Eat lots of fruits and vegetable and try to stay away from fast food and high fructose corn syrup especially. 2.Get Dance Dance Revolution. Sounds pretty ridiculous but trust me it works. I lost over 12 pounds on this. It has a Work Out Mode on it that you enter your weight and you choose a program with a serious of songs at different levels. at the end it shows how many miles you "danced" and how many calories your burned, etc. 3.Do Tummy Cruntches, water aerobics, bicicyle, jog in place, maybe (if you have satilite) tune into Fit TV. Some amazing programs that really work well!!! Now the calories you consumed the last 2 days are already in your body now, and you cant do anything about taking them out or something. YOu must now have motivation and work hard. 3,500 calories = 1 pound of body fat.

I agree exactly with blue sea. Go easy on croutons and dressing definetly. Stay away from fries, which tend to contain a lot of trans fat because of the oil they always cook it in. A lot of fast food places have nutrition facts available, too. For one meal, try to stay under 600 calories. Oh yes, and try not too drink lots of frappucinos and coffee. Stay with smoothies or plain water.
P.S. A double whopper with cheese and a small side of fries and coke is about 2,000 calories!! Beware what you are eating and make sure you eat smaller portions.
You can eat a lot of salad but please be careful with the dressing! I swear, it adds up. Go for low-fat. And chinese food as said before, is wonderful not high in fat or calories at all (except for soy sauce).

This depends on whether you're on a low-carb, high-protein diet or just limiting your calorie intake. My choices for low calorie lunches are flaked tuna packed in water with diced apples (skin on); broiled skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced and served over lettuce with 0-fat creamy dressing; carrots, celery and a bit of peanut butter; tuna-stuffed fresh tomato; sardines packed in mustard or tomato sauce; popcorn is a good filler; power drinks such as Jamba Juice or a home-made version with blended berries (blackberries, rasberries, blueberries, strawberries) with sherbet. Might have more sugar than you'd like, though.
High-protein diets are good for shedding pounds rapidly, but be sure to drink enough water to flush the kidneys. Then revert slowly back to a balanced diet (there are books on this, such as the So. Beach diet book). My motto, in life as in eating, is "everything in moderation." No fad diets, but watch quantities. And it's all math: intake of calories needs to be less than the expenditure of calories through exercise. One last thought: reducing calorie intake too drastically changes your metabolic rate and your body goes into conserve mode, storing it up for later--not a good thing! Exercise is key.

Hi,
I suggest you some salad.
I wasn't making a diet but I have loose weight like that :
-Salad.
-one egg
-tomato
-fish or some white meat
-any vegetable you want.
If you want a little rice (not too much)
one slice of bread or two (not much)
Mix all, eat a fruit in dessert.
What I like with that is that you can eat as much as you want (the salad).
The other advantage is that you can prepare it the previous day, keep it in the fridge and eat it the next day.

Grilled chicken sandwiches are your best fast food bet. I think Chik Fil A has one with only 9 grams of fat. Hardees has one with 10 grams (as long as you say hold the mayo). Hardees tastes the best too.
If there is a place like Ryans around you could go get a plate of fruits and veggies.
Good luck with the diet....I'm on one myself!

salads are good to stick too most fast food resturants all have a few on the menu and they are all pretty good, opt for grilled chicken instead breaded.
