I lost 10 lbs in a month right before my wedding... all I did was eat water-based things like soup, drank a ton of water or any juices. For more solid food, I ate a basic salad with just a little lemon juice and olive oil, nothing fancy in it like nuts or fruit or anything. I did eat oranges and grapes. It worked for me. ** If you drink strong coffee it will curb your appetite. This is the quick and not healthiest way, and if you start walking about a half hour a day at minimum, you will lose even faster. If you really have 3 months to lose the weight, that's not hard to do by just cutting back your calories - no desserts and cut out all bread and go way low on your carbs. Again, not a long term solution, not the healthiest way to go, but it gets the job done. Again, strong coffee will curb your appetite, but if you need extra motivation, hang a picture of your wedding dress on the fridge to remind yourself not to pig out! The things we women do to measure up!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

eat oganic salads and vegetables. eat chicken, fish, or any seafood. no pop or juice flavored drinks. 100% juice or try any kind of teas, especially green tea. mostly drink nothing but water. that's always the best. and if you can, use a sauna and sweat a lot. get the toxins out. also try coral calcium. your body needs lots of calcium to do many bodily functions. milk and cheese and stuff just are not enough. and of course, exercise as much as you can. even if it is just a small walk.....outside though. fresh oxygen is good for the blood. unless you live in Los Angeles. then i don't know if outside is always better.

Drink lots of water, eat foods that are complex, and have lots of sex. I know this may sound kind of corny, but sex burns more calories than any other form of exercise out there, complex foods are tougher for your body to digest and the water will keep you hydrated as well as keep your body flushed out. Combine this with what you are already doing and you should easily lose those pounds in a relatively short period of time.

I have been drinking crystal light, diet coke, water etc to avoid drinking calories (except milk). If you aren't already doing that it can help. I've also found the stomach flu does a great job of shedding pounds : ) Avoiding excess calories and fat should help but you can also try to eat filling foods that are high in fiber so that you feel full.

Go to www.self.com!!! Its free and it will help you determine your ultimate goal and help you achieve that goal! It will give you sample menus as well as workouts to do. I find that it helps tremendously! Good luck!!! Basically if you just cut calories and exercise 3 times a week, you will probably lose more than 10lbs by then!

Nutri-System. They give you all the food that you need and a guide. My girlfriend lost 20lbs. in 3 months (She cheated a little) but she is soooo glad she did it. Plus, it is not that expensive.
