She is "punishing" you.Actually the realtionship is no longer equal and she thinks she "holds the cards". But no realationship that is not equal will survive.She could be hurt too, because I dont know why you are asking for a second chance.Give her a reasonable amount of time and if she doesnt want to talk then cut her loose.
No need to pine over someone who feels nothing for you..GIve her a quarter and tell her to call someone who cares.
