To anyone who knows any Japanese:

I need to find the email address of From Software, a game developer based in Japan. I cannot read Japanese, so I don't know where to click. Google translate doesn't help much, either, since it can't translate the support page.
If you can read Japanese, please help me find an email for customer support.

I have some problems with my computer, so I can't install IME suite for Japanese characters and I see almost only "mojibake" (signs without meaning). If you can't solve your problem as well, put again your answer in Yahoo! Answers Italy and I'll answer it AFTER seeing the site from a public Internet point WITH IME installed. Good luck!

Although there may be a better e-mail address depending on what you need to ask them about, the ones that you found are the addresses for those sites, so you should be okay e-mailing to those addresses (I'd try the one from the main page first). However, I wonder if they take questions in English, since their website does not cater to English-speakers.

The [e-mail] email is the support email address.

If you email them, I'd use a translator as well as your English letter to contact them...
