Cold Sores are really the Herpes virus usually type one herpes.

Go on to some sites on that topic and see what they recommend.

It has been my experince that they just have to run their course unless you take some kind of anti-viral medication.

I got identified with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 5 yrs ago, whilst I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know a lot of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date other men again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/t7xUc everything got better.

Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the herpes virus from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This method provided the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

I have been in your shoes. Using all 3 is okay and I suggest taking vitamin Lysine...a few thousand milligrams a day...its a water soluble vitamin so too much cannot hurt you, get the 1000mg ones and take 2 at a time morning and night. Good Luck and enjoy your trip!

Abbreva does work. It is best to apply Abbreva before the cold sore breaks out (skin feels tingly/itchy before the break out) and then the cold sore usually won't even break out.

Apply cider vinegar with a cotton ball. Stings somethin' fierce, but it clears them up.

Atomidine stings like heck, but it will clear one right up.
Also, pure neem oil.
internally take neem bark capsule, turmeric, and milk thistle. that way you won't get them anymore.
