okay, this guy that i like asked my friend out. my friend forgot i liked him and she said just tell me if u don't want me to go out wit him. she said she doesn't want me to be hurt but i told her i wasn't. but really i am, and i don't want her to go out wit him. but then what kind of friend would i and we have been friendz for almost ever, and we both don't want this to come between our friendship.

I have never personally been in your situation but have known plenty of girls that have. First of all, real friends don't just convenienly forget that their best friends like a certain guy, that just doesn't happen. Now I am not saying that she is not your real friend, all I am saying is that I wouldn't buy that she forgot. Second of all, you should tell her the truth about how you feel. If you are afraid she is going to turn her back on you because you are hurt that she would date someone you like, then maybe she isn't the friend that you thought she was in the first place. Just come out and tell her how you feel about it. If she still dates him, then she doesn't care about your feelings and doesn't deserve to be your friend. Good Luck!!

Its OK for her to go out with him on a friendship basis. To make sure that it stays that way just invite some more friends so the guy doesn't get the wrong idea. He should know that your girl friend and he are going out on an informal basis to hang out. Not to get serious.

aw i feel for you pet!i really do my friend did the same thing to me a year or so!i acted to like i didnt care when really i was devestated!it can put alot of strain on your relationship with your best mate so maybe you should talk to her and tell her how you feel about this!if shes a real friend she should dump the guy over you and this guy obviously isnt worth it anyway huni!good luck xx
