any fast food
protein bars
maybe try eating at buffets more often and just eating as much as you can and then a little bit more
one tip: when one eats salad they increase their food capacity for their next meal. Once I only ate salads for dinner for an entire month, I got my food capacity so high that the next month I ate like crazy and easily gained weight.
Hope this helps!

Instead of trying to gain weight through fat, trying to build more muscle. It weighs nine times more than fat and it looks a lot better. Being toned and having lots of muscle is a lot more attractive than having fat all over the place. So don't try to eat junk food all the time and hope you'll gain weight from it. If you have a fast metabolism, you won't gain weight, at least not until it slows down. And then, those junk food habits will be hard to break and you will gain weight very quickly. Instead, trying hitting the gym. Try some weights. Guys will bulk up and become very muscular but girls will only get toned. You'll never look like a bodybuilder. So don't try to get fat, try to stay lean and muscular.

Maybe go see your Dr. to make sure everything on the inside is going Ok and maybe make sure everything on you mind if going ok.

Other than that the only thing you can do is eat more calaroes than you body uses. A typical person burns 2000 calories a day jsut being so try to eat more than 2,000 calaroes each day and you will gain weight. The source of calories is not that important.

Really.... are you serious in what you are saying. What do you think about YOURSELF? If you are serious; eat, sleep, eat, do nothing then eat again. Do this for a couple of months and then you will be back on here asking how to lose it because someone called you fat. APPRECIATE AND LOVE YOURSELF .
