There is this new kid in my class, and I never though he was so fine! All these girls like him and I think he doesn't like it. He hangs out with me the most, and when I got a detention he voleentered to sit with me at detention. I don't want to come on too strong. He looks at me like he likes me sometimes, you know that sexy stare. He has even walked me to the bus. Does he like me? Does he want me just as a friend?

He probably does like you but the best response would be to ACT natural meaning that you don't actually have to be, just have to appear to be natural. So, keep going along as friends but see if you can put yourselves in more one on one situations and see what happens. He might actually just appreciate someone not hitting on him all the time, whatever you do don't change what you're doing! He clearly likes that. If he does like you he'll probably want to spend more time with you alone so if you say that you're going to the mall (or something not so girly) and ask him if he wants to come. If he says no, don't react just be like oh alright see ya tomorrow blah blah, like it was completely just with any other friend. But if he says ya then go on as friends and he'll probably ask you sometime in the near future if you want to do something. You just need to "test the waters" a bit.

I think that he likes you and that you should looked further into whether he likes you or not if he keeps doing this and other things cause if so he likes you!!!
