Eggs are really high in protein and are really versatile. You can scramble, poach, coddle or fry them. You can make an omelet, frittata or a custard.
The same with chicken breasts. They are very lean if you take off the skin and you can make soup, stew, curry, stir fry, fajitas, or marinate them in any variety of marinades and roast them to perfection. mmmmm
Almonds are surprisinly high in protein. Just a small handfull is packed with protein and other essetial nutrients.

Tuna is awesome, beans (including spreads like hummus), eggs, chicken, nuts (and therefor some whole grain breads are great sources of protein), cottage chess has tons, other dairy. Check the freezer section for vegetarian products - they are often great sources of protein.

I've heard tuna is high in protein. If you are looking for a meat replacement though I've heard peanut butter or beans can be used.
