If you mean a crick in your neck, get a towel real hot like with hot water or in the dryer and wrap it around your neck and lie down with it, when it gets cold do it over again. It should help by tomorrow.

What in the world? A crook in your neck? Call the police! LOL
Seriously though. Try some medicated balm and slowly massage the area. After, try applying some warm towels to the area.

What did he do, rob a bank? If you mean a crick, you could try to do some 380 degrees of you neck and some stretching exercises.

Keep moving it slowly and put some heat on it. Do not wear a neck brace or put cold on it or it will go into spasm.

I usually take a bath.
I read a book and relax and then I feel much better
in a couple of hours. If not then try 2 aspirins and
relax.
