because i have seen them and studied them
however they are not spirits ... both are completly different
ghosts are residual energy like a memory that remains and plays over ... it is not a conscious energy
spirit are conscious , they are the part of us that lives on in spirit

Ghosts, spirits or entities? There are natural laws and forces we hadn't been able to see proof of until recently.Proof of an actual afterlife or residual presence shouldn't be far off. I have had my own personal experiences that give me reason to believe. Look into remote viewing and out of body experiences.

Truly I'm a believe in spirits, I myself have seen my share of spirts in my days.
BELIEVE ME!!
I don't ask nor do I want to see them-- First real time was about the age of 4 years old (That I recall so clearly) until up to my age of 47 years old.
They are even in my dreams, can smell them, see them as a spirit, lights flicker, things happen and hear their sounds.
My husband and I were in a life threaten MVA in 1992, we were trapped in our semi for about 4 hours.
Believe me in the bit of time if we didn't believe in spirits or religion we sure do now!!!
A man appeared, couldn't see his face, asked me to, "Join his hands and he would free me of my pain."
I then cried out loud (Thinking if did I then I was a goner),
" No, no, I can't go! I'm not through be a mother!"
The man fade into thin air, then pain that didn't really have
came on so strong.
After being rushed to hospital by ambulance, husband by helicopter, 2 different hospitals once again encountnered angels, spirits whatever you want to think they were.
Before this accident I dreamt of something similar not relating it to this MVA . Saw my deceased husband (first husband died years before) at the foot of my bed 2 days before this MVA.
That just a part of it.
SO YES I DO BELIEVE!! And also believe there are bad spirits and as well as good.
But that's another TRUE story.

The only ghost I believe is the Holy Ghost. all others are demons.

Yes, probably because I was spooked by one when I was young and heard things. I think the unseen is pretty hard to define. Cheers.
