my spiritual life is directly responsible for my emotional life and i live in contentment and peace until i found the kingdom(His way of doing things)i was in turmoil constantly,now i dont have those spirits that haunt you night and day(fear,worry, dread)once i realized He was going to take care of us regardless and put my trust and faith in Him all that is gone
