focus your mind in something else, increase your exercise routine if you have one, if not start one. Your nerve system needs to discharge all stress accumulated during the day.
maybe your diet is influencing this behavior too.

Take one step at a time. While you are breathing deeply (and concentrating on doing so), remember that allowing the situation to overwhelm you will only cause greater anxiety. Ask God to help you to use the inner strength and wisdom he has given you. It seems that to date, no real physical harm has come your way. Remember that it takes putting one foot in front of the other, one at a time, to walk. Once you can walk, you learn to run. Slow down when you become anxious, but continue to try. Your anxiety about certain things might never dissappear, but at least you will not be overwhelmed by it.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Perhaps you can try meditating when you relax tonight , , say a pray to god, and ak for him to keep you calm , and then just go into meditation , when you do have a glass of water with you , just incase, to clear any driness when you medtiate.
hope this helps and good luck.
