it is wax go to your Dr's and in the future when taking a shower let the warm water go in your ears for two to three Min's and this will prevent it happening again
and before people say that this will cause damage that is what the Dr's do they use a needle with a tube on the end of it and squirt warm water in your ear so the shower thing is great just make sure that the shower is not to powerful

well, you should probably wait a while before you listen to music again and use less volume.if this doesnt work then go see a doctor and check the ear plugs you were using and dont let anyone else use them because you never know if they are sick or the germs they are spreding.

It's possible you had wax in your ear, and the plug compressed it. See your doc and get your ears cleaned professionally.

You probably damaged your eardrum!! You left it in for too long, and probably put it in too deep. Go see a doctor, and he will know what to do.
