how can you "pasteurize" an egg at home?

I know Alton Brown of Good Eats showed it once in a show but cannot remember. I am pregnant so I cannot have raw eggs but love my own homemade mayo. Help!

Oh for giminies sake, you can make it a few months without it. Why would you even risk it?

Go to foodnetwork.com and click on "good eats" from the show menu.. you can look at all of Alton's food recipes on there. I use that website alot.
