That's a question for your state education board.

If you want to just homeschool her, I'm sure it can be legally done. You need to find out about the regulations where you live. Try at http://www.hslda.org or with a regional homeschool support group.

If there is a specific program out of some school you want to enroll her in, you will need to talk to that school. Some have an open policy and you can join whenever; others have limited times when enrollment is possible.

You need to be careful about changing schooling choices in high school. If it is important to you that your child receive a diploma, you can't get a state certified diploma at home--just a note from your parents saying you finished and possibly the less respected GED. Take a few days researching and thinking on this one.

Try the American School of Correspondence or Penn Foster High School...you can enroll children in these programs at any time of the year
www.americanschoolofcorr.com
www.pennfoster.edu
These offer accredited diplomas.

I just pulled up my daughter from 9th grade, today. I did submit an application 15 days in advance (as required in our state) and signed a withdrawal form at school. It is never too late to protect/educate your child in the best way.

Good luck and success for both of you.

go ahead and enroll her in a school and ask them if she can go ahead and start or if she needs to finish out this year in public school
