stable question! some RCC theologians pontificate that Mary did not inherit unique sin (the sin of Adam and Eve) hence she did not have the "curse by way of God" of Adam and Eve's sin in her. God can't curse himself. Mary became into as organic and sinless as Eve became into before Eve sinned. The union of God to Mary in this state by way of the Holy Spirit might bring about a organic sinless being 0.5 guy and 0.5 God. definite they do share dna! I highly suspect it was more like a combination of Mary and Joseph's DNA.

If there were DNA tests available back then, it should be. But since we can't test Jesus' DNA, we just have to go by that assumption.
