english translation: be in question of?

Sorry but I'm not English native speaker and I might be misunderstood on the real meaning of "to be in question of".
If it matches with the sentence here below you're correct, otherwise no.
A clear example could be: "il s'agit seulement de parler" that's in English "it's just a matter of speaking"

S'agir de =>
- be a matter of: il ne s'agit pas d'argent => it's not a matter of money;
- be about: il s'agit d'une histoire d'amour => it's about a love story;
- be at stake: il s'agit de ton avenir => your future's at stake;
- appear to be: il s'agit d'un homme => it appears to be a man.

You need a context to get the right translation. What matters is you get the right idea.

No. You can only translate this in context. The basic meaning is" "what we're talking about is...", "what we're referring to is", "what we mean is..."
