my baby is 14mths old and all she can say is mommy and point to her eye and say eye but she is really smart for her age like she knows that keys can unlock a door and my doctor said that all babies learn at their own pace...and all that we as parents can do is just talk to them as if their our age and they will catch on soon enough

It depends alot on the child. Most children should be saying mom dad ect. but even if not it does not mean anything is wrong with them. Example I have 3 children...the oldest by 12 months was speaking 20-30 words easily and speaking full sentences by 18 months. Second daughter was speaking maybe 5 words at 12 months but could not totally understand what she was saying until she was almost 3. My youngest daughter spoke not a single word(not mama dada nothing) at 12 months. She did not speak her first word until she was 20 months and then just picked it up like it was nothing and now at 2 1/2 speaks very well in sentences. That is just the differences in my children. There is a very broad range of normal but of course if you are concerned bring it up with the doctor at her next well child check.

Depends. Each child is different. My daughter turned 1 3 weeks ago and she can say 5-6 words. If she is exposed to more than one language, she will start speaking later.

I believe it's different for every child. The usual Momma, Daddy, no, yes...should be evident. It all depends on the childs developmental skills. If you're worried that they don't say enough, try doing metal excercises with her like reading books and having her try to say things like "dog, cat, ball..etc." But like I said, it all depends on the child.
