For religion class I need to pick a place, group of people, etc, that is currently suffering. Then i need to make a collage depicting images of both the suffering AND healing aspects of the topic. So I was wondering if anybody could give me any ideas for this. Thanks so much. :]

The african missions could be good.You should be able to get a lot of material if nothing else.

How about Death. I figure that it's the toughest thing that we have to go through as mortals. The seperation of the spirit from the body. How families deal with that. It is not a tough thing and for a family that has lost a child it's really tough. There is alot of metal anguish that goes along with the death of someone. There is also alot of healing and tender mercies that come after we work through our grieving and realize that the only comfort we can have is through the comforter Himself. It all ties in with your religion class also because when you think about it. We die and we are seperated and if you don't believe and have the hope nessesary to go forward then how do you ever heal? It is because of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that we will once again be with our lost loved ones. The ressurection of Jesus Christ is what makes it all possible. It's also a learning process, the healing comes from within ourselves as we search the scriptures for answers. I can't imagine what people do that don't think that there is more then just this life. Anyway....

I would ask permission to visit a nursing home or a hospital. The people in charge can help you with details and give you ideas.
