We attended an old fashioned wedding at the Orange Empire Railway Museum with a steam engine as a backdrop. It was very nice and the people at the museum were nice, too. It is a not-for-profit organization so their prices are likely to be more reasonable than private places. You might want to check out their website.

There are some beutiful farms out there, maybe try and tlak to an owner of one of the avacado farms or possibly some of the nurseries in the area. Alternatively there are some golf courses in the area that allow you to have weddings.
