Oh yes, Arkansas attracts out-of-state hunters.
Stuttgart used to be considered the duck hunting capitol of the world.
Our whitetail deer population is large and well-managed.
Turkey have returned in abundance after a lean decade or so.
Feral Hogs are a popular quarry in the southern part of the state.
Fishing is also a big tourist draw.
Trout in the White river are always make for an exciting day.
Striped bass are are found by the boatload in Norfork ond Bull Shoals lakes.
Catfish? They're everywhere! From the Mississippi River in the east to Table Rock lake in the West, and everywhere in between that you find water. Bass too. Crappie too. Sunfish too.
We're a sportsmans paradise, man!
Contact the Arkansas dept of Fish and Game (AGFC) for sporting info including lisenses and locations of WMA's.

i live and hunt in arkansas myself, but i know of quite a few folks that come from other states to hunt arkansas. primarily texas. most of the out of state hunters have a large lease with a camphouse that has an address so that they can get out of paying non-resident prices for their liscences.
for instance there is a very large lease near my home that is owned by about a dozen wealthy texans. they all have large campers or drive their greyhound RV's down for a week or two. most of them have filled their tags in texas and come to arkansas to harvest 3 or 4 more deer for nothing else than the sport of it. i also have a cousin that lives in florida and buys a non- resident liscence every year just to come hunt with some of his family.
so yes many hunters come from out of state but most of them keep to themselves in their private leases.

There's a substantial migration of Mississippians during the season, but not as much as there used to be, since MS has pretty liberal seasons now.
