Believe it or not putting food where the cats go will stop them going there. Cats do not $#!^ were they eat.

I have a neighbour who is ticked off because of that very thing. Really there is not a whole lot that can be done about it. They say that sprinkling cayenne pepper in the flower gardens help but if they have to go they will do so anyway. That is what cats do and there have been animals on this earth alot longer then humans have and they have been doing their jobs outside all along, so I would have to say get use to it. Just remember that one can be charged with animal abuse so don't even think about poison or any other nasty act.

Well if you know when they come in, then you might have to wet them with a hose... They'll learn not to like your yard because they'll associate it with being wet. Or you can take the cats to your nearest pet shelter and say they're strays so your neighbor will learn his lesson and not let his cats out to get sick or possibly die by a car.

You need to talk to your neighbor's and tell them the problem you have with their cats. Ask them nicely to keep their cats off your property and if they give you a hard time about it, just tell them that if it keeps up, you're gonna have to call the Humane Society to come and get them or you'll take them to the local shelter yourself. They shouldn't be outside anyway.

Cats tend to dislike the smell of oranges. I used to save the orange peels and put them around my gardens. Not only did it keep the cats away but it became compost so the plants got a little from it too.

Get a outside big dog, if the neighbor complains about it too bad. Its your property and the cat shouldnt be on it anyway.

Set mouse traps in the area where they poop. If you can "cat"ch them in the act, a spray bottle filled with water, or a squirt gun with water will deter them.

You can't get rid of them unless you file a complaint with the homeowners association and they enforce it
