I need to know if i can be charged with possession of drug paraphenelia if I openly displayed a box of rolling papers,with no evidence of me being stoned,and with no marijuana in my possession.

Rolling papers do not constitute drug paraphenelia by themselves. You could be a smoker who rolls his own.

Now, that's assuming that you're of age to smoke.

By the way, you can be charged with anything. It doesn't necessarily mean that there's grounds for it, although doing so can lead to a lawsuit, and it's usually only used to harrass or intimidate.

Yep, you sure can.

"Paraphenalia" includes rolling papers. To be charged with possession of paraphenalia, you don't have to be stoned or be in possession of marijuana...just the paraphenalia.

You're screwed. Get a lawyer, because you're gonna need one.

Most likely no. Just tell the judge you roll your own cigs to save money. In the future keep that stuff out of sight.

Obviously, you can be charged. Whether or not you would be found guilty is another matter. Depends on where you live.

Showing that you regularly roll your own cigs would get you off.
