Yes there will be plenty for you to eat. There are buffets each day where you can choose from a variety of salads and hot vegetables. Then at dinner you can just ask the waiter to bring you vegetable plates and salads. On some lines you can request a special vegetarian diet when you book your cruise.

Yes, besides a vetgerarian menu most cruise have a buffet which offers you many choices. Your best bet is to call the cruise line and they can give you all the details.

I don't know about all cruiselines, but Carnival does offer a vegetarian menu, although it is not as vast as the regular menu for sure. Also, I would check with whoever you booked through-- they will be able to make accomodations up front so you don't hav to deal with someone who is ESL (English as a 2nd language) or wait in long lines for the Maitre' D or the Pursers desk.

There are vegitarian options on all the menus. I have been told that if you inform the cruise line prior to sailing they will always give you a menu with only vegitarian meals. This is not all lines, but some of them do this.
